About Us
RegionalCollab bridges the gap between strategy and execution, providing project development and management that is simple, fast and cost recovered through a model solution that is localised and place-based. We are successful because of community ownership and local commitment.
It is not a generic project development approach, but we use technology and data analysis in innovative ways to provide advice and successful outcomes to communities across RRR Australia.
RegionalCollab was founded in 2019 by Rechelle Leahy, driven by her passion for rural, regional and remote Australia and the untapped potential of its communities.
Rechelle has over 20 years of experience in private enterprise, government and the not-for-profit sector.
RegionalCollab's expertise includes Project Management, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, and Strategic Development.
We are an innovative and enterprising solutions based business focused on corporate, community and government sectors and are passionate about Rural, Regional and Remote Australia facilitating growth and development.
Over time we’ve added expertise both internally and in the form of our channel partners who bring significant expertise from other business disciplines.
WHAT DO WE DO?
RegionalCollab provides a collective approach to developing co-designed, co-funded and
co-worked opportunities to further the economic and social capital of rural, regional and remote (RRR) Australia.
We harness the power of collective investment through all levels of government, philanthropic opportunities and crowd-funding to help innovation come to life.
