With a rich background across National Boards and Committees, Rechelle's work encompasses a broad spectrum of social issues from gender equality to rural workforce development.

Her commitment to creating impactful change has taken her to the United Nations – Commission for the Status of Women, New York and she continues to influence policy and strategy through her work as a recognised leader in national and international advocacy.

At RegionalCollab, Rechelle is dedicated to forging pathways that lead to sustainable growth and equality, ensuring every woman and girl in rural, regional, and remote Australia can achieve their fullest potential.

Sarah Thurn

Sarah is a highly eperienced Executive Assistant and People Manager with library, research and program facilitation expertise having worked in the corporate business environment, including a strong career in Local Government as well as facilitating Federal and State government contracts and delivering events.

Sarah’s experience working with senior executives, Councillors and Ministers as well as facilitating stakeholder interaction, and managing intergovernmental meetings ensure RegionalCollab can co-create successful events and run programs seamlessly. Sarah is also a Support Officer for the Local Jobs Program for RegionalCollab.

Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role of Employment Facilitator for the Local Jobs Program.

Kate has a strong background in the community and care sector and brings this experience and knowledge to RegionalCollab building strong, culturally safe and effective programs for workforce participants across the New England and North West Region.

Kate is a consummate networker and has strong connections across the workforce development sector, care and support and government environment.

Sewa is an experienced Youth Development Officer including experience within the Local Government and Federal Government environments. She is highly skilled in Intercultural Communication, Program Evaluation, Event Management, Volunteer Management, and Cross-cultural Team building and management.

Sewa also has strong community and social services professional experience and is a Support Officer with the Local Jobs Program run by RegionalCollab.
